Our Story
Founded in Naples by Dr. Jonathan Marsh and Dr. Zubin Pachori, Premier Inpatient Partners emerged from a shared vision: delivering exceptional healthcare that combines cost-effectiveness with meaningful patient care. Dr. Omar Hussain joined as the third managing partner, and together they built Florida’s premier physician-owned hospitalist group.

Graduate of Medical University of South Carolina, Dr. Marsh has been serving Florida healthcare systems since 2012. Active on multiple hospital committees, he maintains medical staff privileges across premier healthcare facilities, ensuring seamless patient care and operational excellence.

Board Certified Family Medicine physician and co-founder, Dr. Pachori graduated from Ross University School of Medicine and completed residency at Stamford Hospital as Chief Resident. Serving Florida since 2012, he currently holds the position of Vice Chief of Medicine at NCH Healthcare System and serves on multiple hospital committees throughout the region.

Board Certified Internal Medicine physician and third managing partner, Dr. Hussain brings global healthcare perspective to Premier Inpatient Partners. Graduate of Ross University Medical School with residency at Prince George’s Hospital Center as Chief Resident. Practicing in Florida since 2014, he serves as Vice Chief of Medicine at Physicians Regional Healthcare System. Fluent in Urdu and Punjabi, Dr. Hussain enhances culturally sensitive care for diverse patient populations.

JORGE CRUZ, MD
Medical Director
St. George’s University School of Medicine graduate, Board Certified in Internal Medicine, and has been practicing in Naples, FL since 2022.

Dr. Jorge C. Cruz was born and raised in Miami, FL. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami. He attended St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and has been practicing in Naples, FL since 2022. In 2025, he earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
In addition to serving as Medical Director for Premier Inpatient Partners, Dr. Cruz sits on various hospital committees and remains actively involved in the Naples community. He currently serves as Vice Chief of Medicine at Physicians Regional Healthcare System.
