Drs. Jonathon Marsh and Zubin Pachori formed Premier Inpatient Partners (PIP) out of a passion to provide high quality care in a cost-effective and meaningful way. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Omar Hussain became a partner. They believe that physicians should be treated with respect and are afforded the ability and flexibility to practice cutting edge medicine, impact patient care and the patient experience while supporting the partner facility and local physicians. Every individual in this company plays a role in contributing to the clinical excellence of our patients and growing our business. When the Partners started PIP, they knew that to become a highly regarded, well respected, and effective medical management and staffing company, they had to hire the very best people and provide a work environment which promotes a positive culture and feels more like a family than a “job.” This is their goal and commitment.
Premier Inpatient Partners continues to be a privately held, physician owned-operated independent group of Hospitalists and Post-Acute Care Specialists in Collier County, Florida. Our philosophy and pledge are to provide the highest caliber of patient care and exceptional experience for the patients, patients’ family, community clinicians (Primary Care and Consulting Physician) as well as partner hospitals and post-acute facilities. PIP Clinicians live and are raising their families locally which engrains them into the community.
PIP is made up of nearly forty (40) physicians and advance practice providers who are supported by an experienced and dedicated administrative team. The administrative team provides support so that their can focus solely on providing patient care at the four local acute care hospitals, seven post-acute facilities and one long-term acute-care facility.
The three managing partners practice medicine on a full-time basis so they not only maintain their skillset but to ensure our organization remains cutting edge.
We are addressing the call for improving patient care while decreasing the cost of that care by participating in multiple alternative care models / programs. We participate in Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), Bundle Payment for Care Improvement (BPCI) and many high-quality networks because of the stellar care provided and focus on quality.
PIP will expand beyond Collier County and will mirror its operations, mission, vision and values, which has proven to be the foundation of its success.
