Overview
Dr. Jonathan Marsh and Dr. Zubin Pachori formed Premier Inpatient Partners (PIP) out of a passion to provide high quality care in a cost-effective and meaningful way. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Omar Hussain became a partner. They believe that physicians should be treated with respect and are afforded the ability and flexibility to practice cutting edge medicine, impact patient care and the patient experience while supporting the partner facility and local physicians. Every individual in this company plays a role in contributing to the clinical excellence of our patients and growing our business. When the partners started PIP, they knew that to become a highly regarded, well respected, and effective medical management and staffing company, we had to hire the most qualified professionals and provide a work environment which promotes a positive culture and a work family feel. This concept remains as the goal and commitment of PIP.
PIP continues to be a privately held, physician owned and operated independent group of clinicians. Our goal focused on changing the overall landscape and making a significant impact in the quality of care the patients received within Collier County. In 2021, we were awarded the contract to manage the critical care service line at both campuses of Physician’s Regional Medical Center (PRMC) and intend to achieve that same goal of executing high-quality care to patients.
Our philosophy and pledge are to provide the highest caliber of patient care and exceptional experience for the patients, patients’ family, community clinicians (Primary Care and Consulting Physician) as well as, partner hospitals and post-acute facilities. PIP clinicians reside locally which ingrains them into the community.
PIP is made up of nearly fifty physicians and advance practice providers that are supported by an experienced and dedicated administrative team. The administrative team provides support so that the providers can focus solely on providing patient care at the local acute care hospitals, long-term acute care facilities, and post-acute facilities.
The managing partners practice medicine within the local facilities and hospitals on a full-time basis. Not only do they maintain and continuously improve their skillset, but also work adamantly to ensure our organization remains cutting edge.
PIP will continue striving to provide top tier clinical excellence to the residents of Collier County and will never accept mediocrity.
