Leadership

Dr. Marsh is one of the founders and managing partners of the group. He graduated Medical School and Residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. He trained in Internal Medicine and is Board Certified. Dr. Marsh has been practicing in Naples since 2012, and he is very active in the community, serving on multiple hospital committees.

Along with his Premier colleagues, Dr. Marsh holds medical staff privileges at Physicians Regional Healthcare System and NCH Healthcare System.

Dr. Pachori is one of the founders and managing partners of the group. He is a graduate of Ross University School of Medicine. He trained in Family Medicine at Stamford Hospital where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Pachori Is Board Certified In Family Medicine. He has been practicing in Naples since 2012, and he is very active in the community, serving on multiple hospital committees, including Vice Chief of Medicine at NCH Healthcare System.

Along with his Premier colleagues, Dr. Pachori holds medical staff privileges at Physicians Regional Healthcare System and NCH Healthcare System.

Dr. Hussain is the third managing partner of the group. He is a graduate of Ross University Medical School. He trained in Internal Medicine at Prince George’s Hospital Center where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Hussain is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He has been practicing in Naples since 2014, and he is very active in the community, serving on multiple hospital committees, including Vice Chief of Medicine at Physicians Regional Healthcare System.

Along with his Premier colleagues, Dr. Hussain holds medical staff privileges at Physicians Regional Healthcare System and NCH Healthcare System.

Dr. Hussain is an active member of “Omar Medicare”, a charitable organization providing acute and clinic health services for the indigent community in Punjab, Pakistan.

Dr. Hussain is also fluent in Urdu and Punjabi.

Dr. Elterman is a graduate of Midwestern University (The Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine). He trained in Internal Medicine at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center (a Teaching Hospital of Case Western Reserve). He is Board Certified and has been practicing in Naples since 2016. In 2020, Dr. Elterman started his leadership role as Post-Acute Medical Director, supervising and managing all practice within the local skilled nursing, assisted living and independent living facilities. He currently holds privileges at Physicians Regional, Naples Community Hospital and Physician’s Regional North Hospital. Dr. Elterman and his wife live locally with their beloved dog Finnegan. They are avid divers and enjoy the beach life.
